Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order ID and reason for return within 10 days of receiving your package.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is unwashed, unworn, and has all original tags and packaging intact; due to hygiene standards, used items cannot be accepted.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost, or provide instructions for self-shipping.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
